Create Your DMSS Account

This guide will show you how to create your DMSS account.

Instructions

1.) Welcome to the Login page. Click Sign up.

2.) The region should auto fill based on what you selected when first launching the app. Enter your email and create a password based on the required complexity. Be sure to check the box agreeing to the terms of use then tap Get Verification Code.

3.) You must past a captcha test to receive the code. Select 3 images that look similar to the symbol on the top right corner of the test.

4.) After passing the test, check the inbox of the email you used in step 2 to obtain the code. Enter the verification code.

5.) You will automatically be logged in. You may be prompted to enable two-step authentication. Enabling this will require you to provide a code every login. All codes are sent to your email. Select Cancel if you’d like to skip.

6.) Allow DMSS to find devices on local networks. Tap on Configure Now and make sure Local Network (Apple ONLY) is enabled.

7.) Next: Add Your NVR to DMSS.
