Warranty Terms

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our digital camera systems and a 2-year limited warranty on our implement camera systems. Combining our camera systems with equipment from another company will void the warranty. Products must be returned and tested in our office to determine warranty eligibility before we can send a replacement, or you can be charged for the new/replacement product to be shipped and then receive a credit when we receive the original product and determine warranty eligibility.

Custom-made cables and adapters (for digital and implement camera systems) are not eligible for return.

Return Policy

If you need to return any product from your system for warranty or repair, you must contact us by phone or email to request an RMA number. When you receive the RMA number, mark the package or shipping label with the RMA number. All products sent in must be cleaned. Products replaced under warranty will be sent back with no shipping charge.

Customers have 30 days to return new, unopened products for return. All returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Digital Camera System Limited Warranty

Digital camera systems have a 1-year limited warranty. Products must be returned for testing within 14 days from the RMA date. The expense of removal and reinstallation of any product, including labor costs, is not included in our warranty. The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by acts of nature such as tornados, hail, lightning strikes, fallen trees, excessive amounts of rain or snow, flooding, fire, etc.

  • Damage caused by electrical problems such as voltage spikes, surges, poor quality power, improper grounding, static discharge, or blackouts.

  • Damage caused by improper installation or use of product.

  • Damage caused by third-party shipping companies, or as a result of inadequate packaging material from the customer.

  • Damage caused by full submersion in liquids of any sort, accidental or otherwise.

  • Abuse or mechanical damage resulting in system failure, such as dropping or hitting equipment.

Implement Camera System Limited Warranty

Implement camera systems have a 2-year limited warranty. Products must be returned for testing within 14 days from the RMA date. The expense of removal and reinstallation of any product, including labor costs, is not included in our warranty. The warranty does not cover the following:

Clearance Products Disclaimer

All sales are final except for faulty products which can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. Products on clearance come with a 90-day warranty (repair or replace). We do not offer free technical support on clearance items beyond the 90-day warranty period. After 90 days any required support will be charged at our standard $90/hour rate. All clearance products are fully tested prior to delivery.
